Most designers would tell you that banner ads are their least favorite work to do. And I don't disagree with that...but I do love a challenge and banner ads can be SO effective when done well. Our retargeting channel performs very well. I established a file structure and communication process so the team can work smart to generate big batches of ads very quickly...and when it comes to banner ads, the faster, the better! :)
